Our neighbours Liversedge have won both of their first two league games, a 3-1 league success at Athersley being followed by passage in the FA Cup against NWCFL side Padiham by five goals to two. Jonathan Rimmington's side has been boosted by the signings over the summer of ex-Town players Sam Akeroyd and Mitch Hamilton who'll look to ensure their side leaves with all three points .
