Last league home game this Tuesday

Handsworth are the visitors for Garforths last home league game of the season this Tuesday.

The volunteers have worked hard this morning to get the pitch playable and we're looking forward to some more great support from the fans this on Tuesday evening.

Garforth clinched a playoff spot when they won 5-1 at Bottesford on Saturday and now the aim is on overtaking Campion and claiming second place (second and third places guarantee a home match in the playoffs, but the higher placed will get a home game in the final).

The Miners lost 2-0 and were in the middle of a bad run of results when the teams met back in August, but a lot has changed since then.
The Ambers will be playing for pride and could still manage a top ten finish with their three remaining games.

Last season in this fixture Daniel Coupland, Charlie Marshall and James Burgess scored in a 3-1 win for Garforth.
