Garforth overcame a tricky first half to run out comfortable winners on a sunny afternoon at Bottesford.
Sam Barker tested the keeper in the opening seconds, Dan coupland then put Garforth ahead after just five minutes.
Matthew Broadley provided a clever flick to put Bottesford level, but Matt Antcliff retsored the lead on twenty five minutes when he raced clear of the keeper and scored from a tight angle.
The Miners came flying out of the blocks in the second half and Antcliff had added his second of the afternoon just two minutes after the re-start.
Garforth continued to threaten, but had to wait until the eighty first minute to add their fourth.
Sunbstitute Sam Cable finished off some great interplay on the edge of the Bottesford box.
Another substitute, Charlie Marshall, provided an exquisite cross for Cables secong goal on eighty three minutes. The strikers scoring with a powerful diving header to complete the scoring.
Toby Wells made a cameo appearance at left back and almost provided an assist for Cable, but the keeper got to Wells' through ball first.
The win, coupled with Penistones' defeat at Sislden, means that Garforth have confirmed their place in the play-offs.
Second place is still withing reach, as Campion were humbled 4-1 at Rossington, leaving just one point between them and Town.
Garforth are next in action on Tuesday evening, when they play their last home game of the season (barring a home tie innthe playoff), Handsworth are the visitors.
