Zanos and Gorji on target in second-half fightback.

The Miners made it seven games unbeaten as they drew 2-2 with Goole in stormy conditions. It was far from plain sailing for Paul Marshall's side against the 17th place Vikings, with former Town defender Josh Dacre converting a penalty and scoring from a free kick to give them a 2-0 lead at the break. After disappointing first half, Garforth improved in the second, and on 60 mins we were awarded a penalty after Jamie Barkway was fouled in the box. Up stepped Jed Zanos to send the keeper the wrong way and give us a route back into the game. Some determined defending from the visitors looked to have earned them victory, but in almost the last kick of the game Hass Gorji (pictured) got on the end of Alex Burton's cross to give us a share of the points.

Town are next in action this Saturday when we travel to Winterton Rangers (kick-off 3pm).
